# Retrospective — first milestone

The third of three documents in this folder.

## What went well

- The single render path held up. No output-specific bugs all quarter.
- Refusing to add an account system removed an entire category of work.

## What did not

- Diagram rendering was added before anyone measured how slow it was on a
  large document. It was slow. It got fixed twice.
- Three channels quoting two different prices confused people for a week.
